I listened to that speech. It was stupid. The only funny thing that happened was when Harpo was talking about the rampant sexual harassment in Hollywood it cut to Meryl Streep looking smug. If I weren't at work I would have laughed out loud.
 
The cognitive dissonance of being angry that a TV personality with zero political experience might run against the TV personality with zero political experience that you voted into office.

At least Oprah is an actual self made billionaire.
 
I hope she wins so that we can cement the idea that every American president from now on will be a celebrity. Oprah 2020, Kanye 2024, Joel Embiid 2028.

I hope at some point we'll start electing internet celebs as well. I'd love to see Chris Chan in White House. He has political experience too. He's been the Mayor of Cwcville for more than a decade!
 
Trump and Oprah seem really good at building up fanbases who are certain that they will win the election. I just can't wait for the smugness on both sides to build up to immense proportions until they explode into massive volcanoes of salt.

The thing that people don't get is that Oprah did not get to where she is by being all "hugs and cuddles". She is just as ruthless as Trump, if not moreso.
 
Funny as this is, I don't think she's going to be the big left wing salt mine this time around. It's going to be the progressive wing again. Absolutely guaranteed.
 
why are people getting mad about her wanting to run?

Up until she either loses the nomination or the election. Then the left will have a meltdown that will make Fukushima look like a joke.
