I initially assumed the clips were using a custom AI live filter based on the stark contrast from his 'Why I Like Children' video where he is a lot more reserved. In the video he avoids referring to himself as a pedo altogether, and instead calls himself "one of those" while also stating that he "hates to admit it".

It seems like the crumb of awareness he once had to at least know it's shameful has been lost from what I'm assuming is the combination of drugs, the return to alcohol, and fellow pedo communities.

I think people are going a little overboard on the AI point.
Listening to the audio, I see none of the key characteristics of AI cloning.
No "Scratchiness", no awkward pronunciation, no odd inflections, no steadiness of emotional inflections
Furthermore, I see the AI question as a cope.
One has to ask; who would train a voice model, make it generate vile phrases (all of which violate the easy audio generators TOS and result in autoflagging) , then have both intimate knowledge of pamperchu's history and mannerisms, and do it all in real time as reactions to a bunch of angry people all for a gayop?
Who other than pamperchu himself?

Everything I've seen in the chats and the voice clips charts exactly with the earlier leaks of and voluntary uploads by Pamperchu.
This is a person who has repeatedly and enthusiastically endorsed his positions, and yet people are reacting the same way they did with Amos Yee, Nick Bate, and other pedos, where they act like the statements are too shocking to be real, and it all just must be a joke, or trolling.
When people tell you who they are, believe them.

Also remember people:
Pamperchu isn't Ethan Ralph or DSP or Fatrick Tomlinson or Cyrax.
He doesn't have the committed A-log audience of a major lolcow, nor the particularly aggressive a-logging that those Major Lolcows have.
I would fully believe Ethan Ralph's A-logs to commit to the effort of doing AI Gayops. But Pamperchu?

I don't think he's worked as an electrical engineer for years now (if he ever has) because he wants to wear his diapers while working. Around 2012, he asked the internet if there are any "diaper-friendly employers seeking an electrical engineer in the Oregon area". I think he's supported himself by mining Bitcoin, living with other degenerates, and doing personal electronic repair jobs for pay at home on his own. He also lives super cheap -- he's always shopped at Goodwill and other thrift/discount stores for most things. One of his recent videos shows that his regular grocery store is a discount food store that sells expired food, old/discontinued food, and food in damaged packages for deep discounts.

Merely admitting to a crime doesn't give enough for cops to arrest or put you in jail. There has to be evidence and so on.
Chances are because he's so fucking whacked out of his gourd we don't know 100% if he's telling the truth with whatever he does claim. Not to say I don't think he's a sicko who's probably so deluded he imagines he fucks little boys every night. But think of how many kids who get fucked by some creepy adult and out of "Love" or "Fear" they'll never tell a soul until it's far too late.

He did work for a semiconductor company of some sort, I forget where exactly and a lot of the information is lost to time. He was actually allowed to work in a cleanroom believe it or not.
