I take it you don't keep that abreast of the latest tech or AI developments, but these days it's trivially easy to make an AI approximation of someone's voice using a nothing but a few minutes of audio and some free online websites, Google colab notebooks or your own hardware if you have the appropriate equipment. If it took more effort I'd say your argument holds weight, but the technology has approached and now exceeded the point of technologically-illiterate-normie accessibility.

I wouldn't say that him lurking is out of the question, but Pamperchu has been outed as a pedophile much earlier than this thread's revival, notably with his own video titled "why i like children", where he openly admits that he's into kids. I don't exactly remember when this video came out, i'd say it happened in 2018-2019-ish. With that in mind, it's very possible that he has been searching for degenerate content for potentially years. Considering how seemingly easy it is for pedozoos to find places to gather, like telegrams or foreign language hashtags on twitter, it's safe to assume he could've found the worst of what humanity could create and post online very easily.
