I learned about Pamperchu because of an ancient Chris Chan thread on /b/. It was when Ivy convinced Chris to take pictures of himself wearing Butt Garments. An anon was surprised that Chris had to be coaxed into putting them on, and he expected him to be enthusiastic about it like Pamperchu. Which made me ask the fateful question: who the fuck is Pamperchu?
Chris craps his briefs like a grown ass manchild. Up until Barb Breaking, Chris always stood at the edge of the horrorcow cliff. He had his moments, like the un-clit and the fanta. Those were warning signs of what was to come.
As for the other developmental disorder? I highly suspect fetal alcohol syndrome + alcoholism in his early teens. It's pretty clear that alcoholism is strong in his family. That middle aged woman, idk if it's his mom or his aunt, that shows up in some videos is always so wasted that she doesn't care what pamps is up to. He has kind of a weird face. It looks undeveloped almost. The small eyes, flat cheeks, and smooth upper lip are all tell-tale signs of FAS. People with FAS often have trouble understanding right and wrong, but unlike cluster-B's, they can seriously not understand. They are also less likely to plan out their bad activities and not have any kind of endgame or contingency plans to minimize consequences if things go wrong. A psychopath might rob a minimart and get away with it, but get caught when he gets cocky and robs a bank the next week. Someone with FAS might rob a minimart and get caught because he came back the next day to buy things with the money he stole.
