The black guy was pretty fuckin' fat, and that's after he suffered in hospital for two months so he probably lost 100 pounds. The white woman was an absolutely disgusting whale, not just fat but that kind of trailer trash no-fucks-given sloppy fat.

Nestled among these stories are the quiet bits about how people are dying and/or having terrible outcomes from being intubated. These "poor" ICU nurses are literally killing people by venting them ASAP due to a combination of administrative failure, personal feelings, and failure to actually figure out the pathology of this disease.
