This is British propaganda, and "college" refers to like, 11th & 12th grade for them. So it's 16 and 17-year-olds. Not legal adult university students. The way their education system works is different from America's. Still weird they're infantilizing kids in their late-teens though, like the scene where Charlie is expected to "tell his parents" about seeing a "scary racist video" is retarded. But considering the org that made this said it's made for "11-18 year olds", then I guess an 11-year-old is more likely to go to their parents about a "scary video".

I also have met legal adults that lived with overly controlling parents before. Years ago, I had a friend who was 20-years-old living with her family, and they were strict about her being home by like 9:00PM on the dot.

And what gets me is the only specific details they talk about are all on-the-nose, safe right-wing arguments that most people can be persuaded by
  • DEI hire getting better grades and job opportunities
  • Migrants getting housing instead of veterans
  • "Changes Britain has been through in the last few years", "Erosion of British values"
  • Meet up with like-minded people politically
These are all non-extreme things that are causing people with functioning eyes and ears to vote Reform, and not even more right wing things like "all non-whites should be exterminated" or " traditional gender roles" or "Christian family values"

Also I know this is Northern Ireland but I find it funny that this is totally normal yearly tradition to light a giant bonfire
