If Section 230 was repealed Patirck would just no longer be able to post on Twitter if Twitter even somehow stayed in operation. And amazingly in that entire list of things there wasn't a single one he'd be able to sue Elon Musk for other people doing such as committing identity theft or feloniously taking pictures of his house from across the street. None of these take place on Twitter, Patirck, that's not Section 230 that's just how liability works!

I really don't see any way to read these tweets other than saying that the only reason he hasn't hit Elon Musk with a frivolous lawsuit already is because of what he's personally learned about Section 230 (correctly or not) from his other frivolous lawsuits.
