Phillip K. Dick has more original concepts and excellent worldbuilding in his short stories than other SF authors have in their whole bibliography. King was at the top of his game when he wrote short stories as Richard Bachman. Being able to write good short stories and novellas is an art that i greatly respect.

I very much doubt someone like Pat would accept what a site like Encyclopedia Dramatica had to say about him, but whatever it says about his enemies, funnily enough that's all true. Though I doubt he knows that's one of the main sources for that particular accusation, because I believe in a case of parallel thinking/the limited playbook of troons and their handmaidens, numerous of them have taken to accusing Null and the site of having that sort of content as a thought-terminating cliché of 'this is evil so don't check to find out if we're lying.'

I feel these sort of people labelling their detractors as the thing they're reviled for is simply a matter of projection, yet to anyone who can critically think for a second will decide such comments only open themselves to further scrutiny like we've been seeing with the Obscura thing. If I remember right, someone from ED first made the "Null is a pedophile" story and Vordrak amplified it to hurt Null. The guy who originally made it would eventually apologize to Null. These days, nobody other than lolcows and journalists believe Null is a pedophile.

If I remember right, the exact story is the guy who made the original edit to Null's ED page removed it and said in the edit reason he had made it up, but it was reinstated by someone else and remains to this day. Regardless, anyone using ED as a source for anything has got to be fucking retarded.
