For those of you that don't understand the joke. The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Fuck and Suck".

Patrick has never owned his own home so what the fuck is he going on about? Before Trudeau fucked up everything here a starter brand new home was $340kcad, or around $250k usd. I've seen some decent two bedroom homes in his area for $130k-140k usd. A rather nice 2 bedroom 2 bath for $150k

Many in this thread will remember when starter homes had sub 100k mortgages, and Pat lived through that era too (he's old and also fat), yet he can't put two and two together to realize it's kind of a problem that a house selling for 300k can now be considered a "starter home" for middle Americans who are usually making less than 50k/year total
