I've seen some comical conjecture about the weapon used in this murder. Some have guessed the killer used a Welrod pistol. Lots of Pat-type experts out there, most of them likely just as fat. The truth is likely closer to what you wrote in that he didn't configure his pistol correctly for suppressor use. Have to say I will be annoyed if Rekieta wins two LOTYs in a row. Like DSP, he hardly provides any lols and even most of the criticism (other than the cocaine kids) doesn't really make much sense unless you knew him years ago. I remember reading his OP after he won last year and thinking he was incredibly lame compared to someone as deranged as Larson or Cyrax.

I agree with you, there’s no lolcow on these boards that has given me as much joy over the years as Pat has. The reason I finally created an account after years of lurking was so I could join in with laughing at this retard.
The problem is he’s a slow burn cow, it takes a while to understand the joy of Pat. For the longest time there was no real media you could point a new user to apart from the Josiah tapes or the court recording, but now we have Cryptic Web Chronicles at least.
He doesn’t give an instant dopamine hit you get with someone like Bossman, nor does he have the ‘star power’ of someone like Rackets. Instead you get a slow but steady supply of some of the funniest, most delusional shit I have ever seen.
Pat will never win lolcow of the year, but I cannot think of a more deserving man to receive a lifetime achievement award.

After conversing with Patrick, that account quickly became a Pat poster
They've had 210 outages in the past 23 years due to weather. While it's still a lot compared to other States, it's not what Patrick makes it out to be.
If the companies invested more in their infrastructure this wouldn't happen. This isn't a government issue despite his claims.

He doesn't self-destruct like Ethan Ralph; he's not (to our knowledge) a third generation pedophile like Cyrax; he doesn't give his daughter hard drugs like Rekieta (for a variety of reasons); he's not a depraved fuck like the Million Pity guys. I think what his appeal is to me is that distinct lack of horrifying skeletons in his closet and the fact that he's already at rock bottom. Yes, he threatened his wife, unborn daughter, and Jon of the Pringles, but he never got to carry out that threat. Rekeita, on the other hand, was a friend of Null's and generally liked on the Farms before he collapsed. Furthermore, Rick is a giant bitch (with the tits to match), so there's no chance he goes to shoot up his perceived enemies. Jackie Singh, on the other hand, is going off the deep end, and may actually do something horrifying.
There's not a lot of other cows that provide good, clean fun like Patrick Tomlinson does. And that's why I'm okay with him being relegated to mediocrity.
