For anyone who isn't sure what this is, Patrick Tomlinson (a big crybully) sought a restraining order against Andrew - a guy who read Pat's thread here, texted him insults, then turned up to Pat's bar after Pat challenged him to a fight. The hearing was on the 21st March 2022 and Pat's request was denied because the judge quickly determined that Pat was the one who escalated the situation. I'd recommend to everyone to read the entire document, it is chock-full of laughs.

He also doesn't seem to understand he literally is a witness, because he has been sworn in, and Nadolsky is also a witness who is sworn in. The judge generally takes a more inquisitional role in these cases and examines the witnesses to try to find out the facts, and gave Rick a lot of leeway to introduce literally anything at all that would justify a restraining order, which he completely failed to understand.

I think he seemed to think all he had to do was come in and say "please make the bad man stop!"
