perhaps the most retarded idea I've ever had (Registered Agent Edition)

4. Handle being visited by trannies and antifa without doing anything stupid.
5. Handle being swatted by trannies pretty much constantly.
These are the real rub, tbh. No matter how much you vet someone, you can never guarantee how they are going to act in a potentially high-stress situation like these scenarios until it happens. Also, God forbid something happens during one of these scenarios that results in someone getting hurt and/or killed, that would be absolutely awful. Not to mention the potential lawsuits that could result.

It's a hilarious idea but:
  1. the guy could start throwing out your mail or just not scan it anymore and if he's living there you couldn't easily kick him out due to tenant protections
  2. the type of person willing to live in a house like this is probably also a liability to be willing to accept payment to send copies of the scans to other people
but if you do it you should do it big brother style and stream it 24/7

That will happen 100%

You can at least catch someone not scanning the mail as USPS has a services where it takes a photo of every piece of mail going to your house today that you can view online.
Doesn't mean someone won't start selling the mail on the side for some troonshine cash.
