The only way I see this working is if you hired someone like a full time care worker to live there.

Full time care workers already have an incredible amount of patience, but when you add in the fact that they're taking care of someone incapable of taking care of themselves, any harassment or Swatting attempt isn't going to work out the way it would with anyone else.

The police generally, or so I'm told, take the side of the most helpless person, so when you have someone that needs help living their normal lives, they're probably going to side with them. And any harassment attempts don't look good in anyone's eyes when you're picking on a disabled person and their care-worker.

The issue with this is however is that it narrows the list of candidates down to near zero.

That's the Wyoming statute, where LLLC is currently incorporated as I understand it. All states have laws to this effect, to prevent companies from simply dodging service like a deadbeat dad in a blood feud with his baby-momma.

lmao nigga a caregiver, a CNA or RN if the person is extra special, gets paid $15 to $20/hr and get no benefits as they are individual contractors unless they work for a healthcare conglomerate. They need to dress, feed, toilet, bathe, and transport their client. They are not going to deal with the stress of swattings and crazy trannies. Their priority, livelihood, and license depends on the wellfare of the client. You are retarded to want to place them in that position. Placing the LLC in their care is potential grounds for negligence or a violation of patient rights.

You can't just have some random shitbird as it will just end in being obligated to do repairs for something they did themselves.

The only way it works out is if you have some old independent minded curmudgeon, someone like James Lafond but minded to settle down (i.e. not James Lafond). Hard to recruit for that position.

EDIT2: The ideal would be if you could find an independent minded crank with their own trailer but wanting to park up, in a place where you can get cheap property which could be used for that purpose...

Problem is that the Farms is a big site, and there's always something that the haters can find to send to someone acting as a rep if they want to fuck things up. There's a pretty cool store somewhere in the South that stocks all the good old Confederate memorabilia that got memoryholed by corporates after Charlottesville, but if Josh contracted with them then the enemies would just send screenshots of people unfairly making fun of rednecks to them. Maybe he could get Elmer Woodard, the attorney who wears 1700s LARP gear to court, to represent him, but he's in VA.

Obviously having them pay rent would be retarded, as the whole scheme is to get a person to do the work, not make money out of dilapidated houses the ruined parts of the city. The only incentive would be rent-free living space.

To get someone responsible it would either have to be some free-speech radical doing this to further their own agenda or you'd have to pay them at least something. Perhaps 200 bucks per month+the free living space?
Otherwise You will get some motherfucker who even if they say they care now, will lapse when its the most crucial that they don't and then you're fucked.

I mean some down on their luck homeless guy would only work until they do get back on their feet, and again if they lapse its fucked anyway.

Can a person truly be evicted in the United States based on what someone else does to them? We're not talking about a company here right? But an individual, that lives somewhere and is also an "agent" for you?
In Europe, one of the few things we do have that's not shit is consumer protection laws and housing regulations. And its basically neigh impossible to get fucking squatters out of your apartment if they once payed rent (or even if they didnt). To get an actual, paying customer out because some tranny bitches, would be impossible.

A solution, if it is so dire in the US, is to simply have the person move around. Maybe more expensive. This would require someone dedicated for the job, perhaps a full time student that just doesn't give a shit about trannies. You'd pay his rent and a small fee and he'd just move from place to place until they find a landlord who wont evict them - i.e. a place large enough or with an owner aloof enough to not give a fuck and with at least basic security at the front gate for the person not to be hassled. And I imagine even in the US, in the worst case scenario, there are contracts and evictions can't happen for the time that the property is contractually rented, unless some grevious offense was caused.

I have faith that josh can find some bunker-bob in wyoming, that would commence forth with the obligation that he must, under no circumstances, allow the federal government (nor their troon overlords), to come in and find reason to disenfranchise nor find reason to consider the land vacated. He shall live in that house, and align himself with the idea of protecting it against all those that wish to take it from him. This land will become a protected holy site, a mecca as it were, for kiwifarmers to pay homage around the globe. Inshallah.
