More seriously, I think that Null wants to keep himself safe, which entails not going and living in a country full of people who actively want to kill you or litigate against you (or both) and the amount of trouble foisted onto him would almost definitely seriously impact the farms. Which is why I think Null specifically said he wanted whatever arrangement to be fair. Fair is a big keyword there because the person who'd be living there is also in danger but would be fairly and legally compensated.
Whoever does it, they're going to be the man in the picture, and if the person is someone being compensated instead of Null then that means that in the event of something happening the Farms can still keep running.

Look into couriers, someone I know used to do courier work for a lawyer. I don’t know what the crossover is, but anytime the lawyer had LLC filings, he’d hire her to run errands. (Example: she would deliver the paperwork to the county/ state capitol, file, etc. She’d get a few checks, one to pay the lawyers fees for the LLC paperwork filed, and she’d get paid around $100 a pop.) This wouldn’t solve all the problems from losing your agent, but could potentially for some. I’d look into paying an employee, then you’d both have more legal recourse when fucked with by troons. Like another poster pointed out, becoming a landlord makes everything your problem, so then you need to have somebody there to deal with any housing situations that might come up as well. Plus, the inevitable swatting and potential liability given the whole situation if somebody gets harmed during such an incident

The said, this is going to be risky no matter what you do or how you do it. The best thing you can do if the troons or whoever else fucks with this person is call the cops and make an issue of it, Every time, no matter how minor their harassment is. That way nobody can claim you didn't take reasonable steps to prevent any incidents if they should occur later on. Otherwise somebody might take a swing or do something overtly stupid to whoever the agent in this situation is to deliberately provoke them into committing an assault and then suing you for it

Honestly I think the best bet would be to enlist one of those 2A 1A auditors who are not only used to harassment and drama, but crave it.
