I don't think it's at all retarded, and in fact could be a very good deal to someone once you hammer out the details legally. Beyond fair and approaching too good to be true for the right person. The key is, you're going to need it to be both the right person for you and the right person for themselves.
You're going to need somebody without any strong family ties, career aspirations, or debt. A shut-in NEET only child with no parents or that's no longer in contact with their family would be almost necessary. Ideally it would be a long time user of the Kiwi Farms or somebody with a track record that is consistent with your values. Look into their criminal record and apparent mental health as well, of course.
Free housing, free internet access, and living expenses for minimal work while having some semblance of obscure internet notoriety would be extremely appealing to many a maladjusted basement dweller who has opted out of society. I mean, that's probably around 5 or 10% of the KF userbase.
