Disabled or not, at some point or another, you need to learn that actions have consequences. This very simple rule of life has apparently not gotten through to Chris, needless to say. After all, people with far worse autism actually have figured this one out.

While I support disability payments for people who are truly unable to work, I think the criteria for awarding SSI is way too broad, and there are a lot of people on it who are capable of work (like Chris and Phil) who simply have been coddled their whole lives. Being an asshole is not a disability, at least, not a permanent one. Docforbin can work, he just chooses not to.

What about for people who have mental/developmental disorders that are moderate but still affect quality of life for that person that they can't hold down a job because, I'm going to powerlevel here because fuck it: I'm on disability for that very reason.

Ok back on topic, this Peter guy sounds a lot like my "disability advocate" friend of mine except even more extreme. I think a lot of kids were bullied back then disability or not and honestly it can have a long lasting effect well into adulthood but that's why we have counselors. It seems to me that Peter is unable or unwilling to let go of this grudge but instead keep basking in it and using it as a crutch.
