I don't know where to put this. Mods can move it or whatever.

Normally I don't post about my woes. I don't want to be accused of drama! or faking! or whatever. But this...this I can't hold in.

My cat of 21 years was just put down. His name was Toby and I love him so much and this breaks my heart. He's been sick and frail for a long time, but for the past few days he could barely move, and he hasn't been able to eat or drink. Toby has been part of my life since I was very small. I can't even imagine my life without him, but I just said goodbye and goodnight for the last time.

I'm so sorry. There's few things quite as heartbreaking as losing a beloved pet. There's all the standard stuff about he's not suffering anymore, but that doesn't make it less sucky. You gave him a good, long life and he loved you for being his pet human. He raised you from a kitten, after all.

I feel for you, pets become family members in their own right and its always sad to let them go. The only advice I can give you (As cliche as it is) Is to try to remember the good times |:(

This is something Rusty does when he's really upset. In the case of this incident, my brother had a friend over. My mom decided to record him with her phone; she's the one telling him to stop.
