I know there's Cat and Dog threads, but of course I'm sure not everyone has cats and dogs (or if you live on my family's misfit suburban hoarder farm; more than just those).

So here's a couple of my "other" pets:

Three generations in one picture as all three horses are directly related - Wilma's the one closest to the fence, M&M's behind her, and Tara's the dark one the right...I think. To be honest, M&M basically dropped the horse equivalent of Mewtwo on the fucking ground; in that she's a clone of her mother in appearance...and also completely fucking sadistic. Seriously, that horse is like a step above feral. The other two are former show horses and broodmares and otherwise quiet.

A fun fact: M&M was born premature, the earliest one the University of Florida had ever seen and also currently the longest living (given that she's about 12 years old now).

To be honest, I never expected to own a fish, and then I got Arcade from my therapist's wedding as he was one of the table decorations...one of the strangest situations I've ever personally experienced. I was certain I'd accidentally kill him off somehow with the fact that he was intended as a disposable living decoration, my own inexperience, or the fact that, y'know, I can't get him one of those ~fancy~ setups the obsessive fish enthusiasts have; yet, it's been over six months since I got him and he's still kicking...er, swimming. So clearly I'm doing something right.

This one was also a surprise. So mom's outside tending to some of our outdoor cats when she hears something in an empty feed bag in the tackroom. Assuming it's one of her raccoons snuck inside (woman's like Linda Belcher feeding the damn things), she opens the bag to discover this juvenile weaned possum inside and decides, in her infinite wisdom, that I should tame it, and puts it in one of the crates we usually use for trapping feral cats.

So that's how I adopted a baby possum.

(I swear to god even though I only recently got the Bioshock Infinite bug I did put it to a friendgroup vote as to what his name should be - Trinket and Snart were the runner up names but in the end Booker got the most votes, and there were other names including Matty, Caesar, and Benny.)

Thats a really nice fish you have, looks very healthy. Any idea what he is?

Honestly no, they SAID he was a betta but he didn't look anything like the other bettas at the wedding (fins aren't as big and swishy, I know because I was eyeballing a rather nice vivid blue male on another table before I got Arcade). A different friend said he might be a guppy.

'Course I also don't even know what gender the fish is so for all I know 'he' might not even be accurate. I really don't know much about fish, unfortunately.

He honestly looks like a golden wonder killifish after some googling. Absolutely not a betta or guppy.

I'm a bit of a fish dork. Just bought a 65g tank for my goldfish.

You have a pretty girl betta! :)

I love this dog beyond all reason. He is a terrible abomination to the cocker spaniel breed and is spoiled rotten but I ignore all that.
(This was taken the day before his hair was shaved off for the spring. It's like shearing sheep with him)

When I looked into the spider's tank she had literally coated everything in webbing
She's due for a molt again soon so perhaps that's why she's webbing up the universe

I really needed something to take care of and calm me down. So meet my Guinea pigs!

Sapphire is on the left and her sister Ruby is on the right. They're perfect little pets. Small enough to hold in your hands and cuddle and they can live for a fairly long time.

Their names have nothing to do with Steven Universe but I know none of you believe that, haha.

Moar rabbits, anyone?

This is the family rabbit, Liona, a.k.a, "Lilipie" or sometimes just "Lili":

She's around 7-8 years old now, and she can be very grumpy at times, probably because she was never spayed. She's a half lionhead mix and when she's in the mood, she'll sit still and let you pet her. The photo was taken when she was enjoying a good petting from me :heart-full:

I thought of Pokemon myself.

All four of my puppers together.
Here we have from left to right, starting from the top: Nicky, Freckles, Big Boss, and Finn.

Big Boss and Finn like to snuggle.

I kinda sorta really want your Totoro pillow.

Your wieners are cute, too. :D

My mom was looking for fleas on his tummy, and Klien decided this was the pose and expression best suited for the event. He's such a retard, I love him.
