I wasn't happy with the way the last approval thread worked so we're starting over. Consider any post in that thread that wasn't met with entry as "rejected" and forgotten about at this point.

We've had 1 board leak that came from an oldfag who only helped ADF because he wanted to troll the forum by spoiling the fun, so trying to filter only Phil's friends doesn't work. Essentially, this is a doomed-to-fail task and if there ever comes a point where I can't narrow down the leak I'm just going to open the board to everyone. With that in mind, stringent filtering is also a futile endeavor and I'm more comfortable letting in everyone.

Reading that board is not some sort of high privilege or only for the cool kids, it's just that the results of keeping the board private have resulted in amazing Phil chimpouts and I just want to keep that ball rolling. It's incredibly easy to spoil the fun and in that regard it amounts to an honor system.

When you first heard about Phil: A couple weeks ago, also the constant reply notifications to Phil threads.
Favorite Phil schadenfreude moment or factoid: Someone shared a picture of him holding a baseball bat posing like he's some sort of badass with his weird potato head. I asked about the bike tattoos, and was awestruck to learn he didn't even know how to ride a bike. I've desperately wanted to know more ever since.

Favorite Phil schadenfreude moment or factoid: Him hitting his mom solidified how low of a human being he was. Also, that weird dobe saga where he kept trying to get into a relationship with his room mate or something was pretty funny/disturbing.

When you first heard about Phil: God, probably back in like 2007 or so? When he was still going by the ADF-Fuensalida handle on Deviantart and stirring shit on yGallery.
Favorite Phil schadenfreude moment or factoid: I've been keeping up on him on and off so I've missed a lot of his really big moments, but honestly I'm just fascinated watching what used to just be an only slightly more insane than average Deviantart yaoi creep turn into a legtimately incomprehensible homeless cryptid.

Favorite Phil schadenfreude moment or factoid: After much contemplation, I think my favorite Phil tattoo is the chipmunk-cheeked sugar skull. It's not the ugliest, or the most poorly drawn, but it's like his true rodent soul is screaming out from his thin veneer of Latino culture.

When you first heard about Phil: Christ, must have been around 2010 or earlier, 2008 at the earliest.
Favorite Phil schadenfreude moment or factoid: Coming from the dA side of things, I gotta say the entire Sakura cosplay shit was fucking hilarious to me, the drawings and shit he did with all the prisoner shit and the McCain shooting drawing. That's the stuff that got me into it, then at one point last year or so I remembered about him and thats how I found this forum. Wild ride from start to present.

When you first heard about Phil: About 2008, but he didn't interest me and I didn't know anything substantial until I started lurking the CWCki Forums a few years ago.
Favorite Phil schadenfreude moment or factoid: Phil (allegedly) getting marked as HIV positive on his medical records made me laugh like an exceptional individual. The gamergate drive-by shooting claim was top notch insanity though.
