It's weird that somoene has black elbows like that and it's a symptom of diabetes. I googled it but I'm sure the cause is not too much exposure to the sun.

When you're considering the reality that he looks as pale as a ghost because of a lack of vitamin D, any birth marks or dark skin blotches stand out pretty blatantly on his skin, his lifestyle is terrible in numerous aspects.

I don't know what it is, but for some reason, the combination of Phil's voice, goatee, and double-chin creates this sensation of utter disgust and annoyance. It's almost as if you can subconsciously sense the sweat in his chin and the food leftovers in his beard even when witnessing it from a 360p resolution monitor. It is uncertain if simply shaving the goatee would cease this anomalous effect or if it would enhance it even further.
It is difficult to describe it due to how specific it is, but it just makes me question how there are people who can watch this guy for literal hours, even when he is just whinning like a baby and yelling "TELL ME WHAT TO DOOOOO" at a children's videogame.

Most aren't watching his streams for him at this point. His biggest supporters always seem to be "behind the scenes" and his chat are there for each other (and snowkarl is a big one in there) that he's just background noise at this point.

I think the part that makes the goutee look so off at this point is how badly it has been maintained. From the obvious cuts into it to the obvious patches, it's obvious he hasn't done anything to groom it properly.

Fuck me. His arms are so shapeless. I didn't know an adult male could try so hard to flex and look so pitiful. Zero shoulder or tricep definition, no curve from bicep to elbow crease. Just flab. I'm not even surprised he can't carry a gallon of milk inside with that physique, lol. This whole "I used to be JACKED d00d" shit is one of the most delusional Phil lies he continues to maintain.

Minor power-level, but when Rona-chan shut the gyms in my country I swapped to running rather than bothering with a home-lifting routine, and was off the gym for the best part of a year. Despite this, my upper body retained its general shape and definition, the muscles just got a bit smaller. The idea that this blob gained "20 pounds of pure muscle" when younger, yet has the muscle-tone of a (fat) concentration camp victim is mindblowing, even by his standards.

Those are the ugliest fucking feet I've ever seen. You're right, I think the angle exaggerates the patheticness of his foot size, but I still think they're small.
