Claims of assault on a police officer are the most routinely tacked on bullshit charges you see, often based on next to nothing. I'd like to know the actual details. Let's just say if he actually did it odds are reasonable of doing time, but if it's as bogus as such charges often are, I wouldn't bet on it.
