Because this place isn't filled with complete autism unlike KiA. Plus, I check out this thread time to time. Saw you guys found the arrest stuff, thought I'd clarify on the Lemonade article. He wrote it with me over the phone, regardless of the stuff coming out in the near future or not, he wanted me to put it up. He already knew it would though.

I heard the information second hand and then spoke to his mother. I'm in England, it's difficult to know what's going on when you're a sea away.

What is his side? I know that booking charges are typically overdone and almost always come down before trial, but taken alongside drunk and disorderly/disturbing the peace it sounds like there might well be a case to answer, if only because this sort of thing is so common (the reality TV show Street Crime UK is 90% this, and typically they end up fined or similar summary punishment)
