This kind of shit tends to happen. I wouldn't be surprised to see one of them go away eventually. Unless he actually did assault two police officers (or the same guy twice), in which case, great idea lardass. Did he really think that would work out well?

Also remember they throw in these scary assault on a police officer charges a lot of times just because you pissed them off and your face violently hit their knee as you went to the ground after they beat you with a night stick.

well he probably didn't write it, someone called SEATTLE4TRUTH did. However it does prove that Ralph might have not told anyone, or the author didn't care.

Looks like assaulting a cop in Virginia carries a mandatory minimum sentence of six months' confinement. Unless it get pled down or whatever.

Edit: sometimes in Virginia, Class 6 felonies are "wobblers," which can be reduced to misdemeanors at the court's discretion.
