This was previously reported upon and very well known. It's likely one of the reasons Cog is so pathetically jealous because even then he wasn't taken seriously. This was before people knew he raped a 14 year old girl.

It looks like it’s been a few days since anyone has reminded the thread that Cog raped a 14-year old girl.

Ralph’s only presumably raped someone over the age of 18 and was smart enough to divorce his Indian wife.
