I think I know what he means but it's really tenuous.
When Mantsu supposedly got pregnant, someone mentioned it to him in chat during a stream and I seem to recall his response was something along the lines of "aren't you supposed to get that bag before you start having more kids?" I don't remember the exact comment so don't quote me, it was months ago and it was pretty tame so only generalities and the fact that he referenced the "bag" stuck out, but the basic gist that I came away with was that Rackets didn't think this current course of action was especially wise.
I also seem to recall he expressed surprise during that brief comment that it was Mantsu was the one who got pregnant, which in gunt-o-vision could easily be translated into the most negative connotation possible, rather than actual surprise that Ralph and Mantsu were at the point of squirting out kids.
There's the comments he occasionally makes in reference to lolicon, but those, while more frequent than him mentioning the Gunt in general, are still pretty infrequent since the topic doesn't come up often. I don't think this is the crux of it though, as those comments are never aimed at mantsu specifically or generally and almost always come up in completely unrelated conversations that never involve the Gunt. I'm pretty sure lolicon and mantsu came together as topics once sometime in 2020 but I'm not 100% on that.
