I generally think we throw way too many people into jail in the US. It's a massive waste of state money.

And for most people, going to jail just makes their current shitty situation so much worse.

Ralph had to he one of the few people on the planet where doing a month in jail would extend his life by at least a year and would give him content.

I'm quite late but I'd like to point out that on that occasion he did it because people were so upset at the eyesore that a black-and-white style was that people were installing browser scripts from randoms in an attempt to undo it, so it became a security issue for the users (even if it was due to their own retardation.)

Ralphs inner-Shaniqua's nail extensions are too long to properly dial a phone number. Even if Ralph did, the constant stuttering, dead air, and drawn-out exhales would be as interpretable as oinks.
