He apparently did it for a flight and some McDonald’s while clogging 2 toilets.

This confirms what I have long suspected. Ralph is in a part of Mexico where they don't have enough water pressure/ good enough pipes to flush toilet paper. So that means when he is in his Merida shack he has to throw crap covered toilet paper into a waste bin then throw that into the garbage. Part of the reason he takes flights with long layovers is so he can experience modern plumbing again. Since he assumed the El Salvador fishtank was a decent production he assumed the house had good plumbing. Let it sink in if Ralph cannot be bothered to take out his piss bottles then he is also not talking out his shit tp bin.
