There are probably some very VERY specific situations for someone to start a plutonic relationship with a kid online, vetted mentorship website possibly, dunno, but not Ralph, never Ralph.
He mentioned I think on Kino that he's still on good terms with her to this day. What does that mean Ralph? Did you get her phone number? Her email? DMS on twitter? Imagine those messages leaking, I would bet good money that, if he's not lying and is still in contact, that those messages are chock full of grooming language.

Also you know what? I'm sure there's people who could have interviewed her and it not be weird. Rackets could pull it off, being a lawyer with a wife and kids, but he would still need to tread lightly.
