Yeah, he has a turkey-neck gobble gobble chunt (chin-gunt) hanging from his face that is being pulled down by gravity as he tilts his head. Even if he loses weight he will forever have excess skin from his double chin hanging from his neck which will look something like this:

Which will serve to make him look even older than he already looks. Instead of looking like he is 50 he will look like he is 80.
