This seems like Ralph's very passive aggressive way of saying "I'm coming anyway Nick, what you gonna do about it?", and Fuentes, like the coward he is, will just have to take it.
An hour later Ralph changed his mind and will attend.
And "A video from THREE DAYS AGO when I was served". I mean, what's there to say? He is so brain damaged that he doesn't even have a basic notion of time, or any memory of the lies he's told over the last couple of days. It's obvious he's been on a bender and just because he's not hallucinating Andrew Tate's ghost intoxicated during that "party" then he expects everyone to believe that it's not a problem anymore.
I doubt much will happen tomorrow though, Nick will take it like a bitch, and Ralph, purely out of spite (and because he is afraid of getting booted from cozy), will show up "sober". I hope this is not the case, but it's always a huge letdown with these IRL events.
The only possible saving grace is that since Ralph has to basically "medicate" himself before the event to make it through a bunch of hours in public, then maybe, he over indulges beforehand and shows up shitfaced, but knowing Ralph it will probably just be boring and uneventful because he is afraid of losing the only streaming platform that tolerates his antics.

The only reason he's sober right now is because he didn't want to risk smuggling through customs and hasn't found anyone to give him drugs at the campsite he's staying at.

Of course it would never occur to Ralph to think about what his claim that he is 100% sober actually means. Watching his pillstream, and taking his statements at face value of being 100% sober can only mean one thing: He is absolutely and 100% brain damaged with his slurring, loosely connected thoughts and random conversations with non-existent people in the "studio".
If that is in fact what he is like sober, then he is basically suffering a month long stroke. He probably can get disability I'd imagine. It can't be easy being a straight faced liar when you don't even have a straight face to begin with. His eyes aside, in geometry it is very hard to find a straight line on such large spherical surfaces.
