Where to even begin with this. I mean, isnt it funny how he's saying this after he starts going out with someone who is only interested in him because of his money. He can cope and say it's because he lost weight, but there isn't a woman on this earth who finds that MANLET attractive, and with the gunt... Fucking hell. He's so proud of his new physique he STILL does to Fatboy wearing a t-shirt in the pool trick. Pathetic

You could address this by talking about women and their anatomy, I won't - I will point out that if it makes their physically repulsive sugar daddy finish quicker there are plenty of women who can fake it like the best of them. If Ralph thinks Señorita enjoys that meat curtain draping onto her back he's deluded... Well that's not news I suppose.
