Please God let Ralph sue the Morrises over this. I assume that the only reason May hasn't sued him for child support yet is because it would be a waste of time and money since Ralph is poor and the litigation itself could get costly, but if he goes in as a plaintiff and forces Harry's hand one must assume that all the well documented child endangerment and drunken/drugged out death threats would surface and the judge would curb stomp him so badly he might actually have to hide in third world countries for the rest of his life.

The DVRO prevented him from attempting any form of custody of Rozy. If Meigh goes for child support it allows him a chance in court to fight for some level of custody. While very unlikely, it still opens the door to possibility. The smarter play was cut him off as long as she can and hope he continues to spiral to a point where it’s even easier to argue against him ever seeing the child again. This would then lead to more spiral and the saga continues.
