Yeah, they did fuck up really bad but the lucky thing is it happened at the hospital. If it happened at home, the time it would take for Ralph to call an uber or even drunk drive to the hospital, I guarantee you she'd already be dead.
If this isn't enough to rethink his alcoholism then he will never ever quit.

I'd also like to note, no actual real concern for his mother. Nothing about further care. Pretty sure he just sees her as a walking insurance check right now. I'd like to be hopeful and assume he's just being a braggadocios idiot here and protecting his ego. Honestly. I can't imagine it's easy.

I don't want to be mean to Ralph about his Mom getting sick, I really don't. I genuinely hope his Mom is okay and Ralph stays out of trouble and is handling it well. I don't even want a pillstream to come out of this.
But god damn it Ralph meeting with "The entire leadership of the hospital" gave me a chuckle.

My own experiences can only post about cherishing what time he has left with the last member of his family.
Now that that's out of the way: 100% on-board to watch the next chapter. How he handles it is entirely up to him. We all know how he's going to do it though, loudly and publicly.

We're all just assholes on the internet making fucked up jokes but no one deserves to see a parent slowly waste away. We can't say much for how he treated Ronnie but it's sad nonetheless to have to experience. Sandra deserved better but as Ralph always likes to say: "It is what it is".
