If he has any "legitimate business" to attend to, it's him attempting to ameliorate the consequences of his retarded actions (car repo, court cases, get new ATM card, get more xanax etc.) There is nothing he could actually be doing otherwise. He's not cleaning the house or paying bills, he's not hanging out with friends because he doesn't have any, he's not participating in a hobby or other business venture because he has none of those either.
