The listing says the place was rented in October 2023.

However, Ralph was still staying in the Airbnb in Los Heroes around December 2022, when (probably) Harry posted the address.

Ralph moved to Casa Verde in a more fashionable area in northern Merida near Altabrisa within a week or two of that.

Likely, Ralph was on a long-term lease (12 months) when moving to Casa Verde, which would mean it would likely run until this past month. Ralph did not visibly change his streaming setup until recently, I think within the last week or two, likely coinciding with his move out from Casa Verde and desire to conceal his new location this time.

That would mean either the listing was posted months in advance of the property being available, and Ralph was prepared enough to rent the property three months in advance of moving in, and moved in after the previous tenant left at the start of the year, or the property was available in 2023 and Ralph would have to have been paying up to USD$1,200 to reserve this place in a shittier neighborhood.

The rental information does not give any details about the property not being immediately available as of when it was rented in October.



TLDR unless Harry provides more reasoning about why he thinks this is the place, I'm unconvinced.

Ralph is responding live to speculation about his location not just by Harry but also this thread, including by denying living in an Airbnb.
