It could possibly be high blood pressure, but Jim on twitter said recently it was a form of rosacea that causes Ralph to break into hives in the face when he is very stressed or anxious, this seems to be the charitable way of saying his body is revolting against the diet of pills and alcohol with the occasional half hoof's worth of chip dust.

Rosacea and he's got poor hygiene. It is aggravated by his alcohol and shit diet and his total disregard for personal care (quality sleep, clean clothes and bedding, showers, topical treatments).

He had the same thing going on during his hobo drunk-driving with Rozy era.

I suspect he knew full well people would call him out on it and that's why he's been using the monochrome filter to try and conceal some of it under the pretense of 'a bad sunburn'.

By mercy of his own hubris to own Harry did he turn the colors back on to flaunt a red hat that we could later see how purple he turned in the evening as his respiratory system slowed down (common with stupid levels of xannies).

I have been thinking this dumb thing and listening to this days MATI it coalesced in my mind. Ralph is lonely, he want's friends or more accurately suck ups and enablers. He has those by the dozen, but no high profile and smart people who stand by him. All the ones he had in the heights of the killstream are gone, moved on or left the sektur. Jim was his internet daddy and that burned down, now he begs and "threatens" Josh goes while going against Elissa clips just to show how big of man he is. Textbook behaviour of an attention seeking alcoholic wreck and a textbook example of a has been who wants to go back to the top. Atleast people ripping his pillstreams apart is entertaining.
