Yes, Ralph is extremely extroverted + narcissistic. I've never seen an extrovert as isolated and abandoned as Ralph, it's a paradox. If you remember how natural and easy it was for him to juggle 10 15 people daily, how natural it was for him to be surrounded by people, whether close friends or complete strangers in 2017 2018 you can see he is by nature people oriented and not a loner type. He doesn't know how to function alone. He also never learned that being an asshole is not a way to start a friendly conversation or make friends. He is trying hard with insults and threats, and doesn't get why it's not working. The isolation is frustrating him, and maybe even scaring him because it's so contrary to his nature.

I think what's keeping him on the internet is the real threat he faces with homelessness. He has to rattle his tin can for over eight or nine consecutive hours hoping that some people give him some donos. What kind of streamer do you know that does that? The fact he has to stay on that long reeks of pure desperation. The fake donos he gives himself don't fool anyone, but he does get some real donos. Just enough to barely escape starvation.
