I know there's a lot of speculation that Ralph was inebriated but I remind you that Occam's razor tells us the simpler answer is most likely correct. IMO it was just his internet being bad and the fact that he moved a piece of furniture that caused him to sound fucked up (plus being reeeeeally tired)

Also, I just glanced over at where I keep my passport in terror and paranoia just thinking about losing it. Reminds me of a funny post someone made, remarking that a normal person's worst fucking nightmare is just an everyday occurrence to Oliver. I mean, the guy wakes up every morning knowing that his daughter will one day see a video of him blowing smoke into her infant face. Don't know how he does it. Truly, with heaps of pigseverence and even greater heaps of pills, he can emotionally overcome anything.

9/13/24 - Ralph Begins Opiate Spiral​
After many days of downplaying the injury to his hip, Ralph finally decides to see a doctor, only to find out that his hip has been fractured. Meaning he will need to take additional time off from his show to receive expensive physical therapy. In addition to this, he was also given the keys to the opioid cabinet to cope with the pain. After publishing a tweet of how retarded and fucked he is, Ralph decided to pop some legally-binded-prescriptions and join Persips DSP re-stream.

Final Thoughts: Ralph attempted to chip at DSP's plot armor, the gods did not approve of this and ralpha cursed him to an eternity of horrid hip pain, similar to DSPs back injury that he still suffers from to this day. Well, at least Ralphs current dosage of Xanax won't be conflicting with his new found opiate addiction, right? :oops:

He is going to be curses like Sisyphus but instead of rolling a rock, he is going to take enough pills with alcohol to die, only to be brought back to life and have to live like Ralph

On Twitter he mentioned "oxy" i.e. oxycodone, the primary ingredient in the opioids Oxycontin and Percocet, two infamously dangerous drugs to abuse - they've often been called "hillbilly heroin" for this reason. On its own, oxycodone causes slowed breathing (respiratory depression) that gets exponentially worse if it's mixed with a GABAergic like alprazolam/Xanax or alcohol. If he gets addicted to oxycodone there is virtually zero chance he survives to the end of this year so he really needs to get his head on straight with this substance in particular.

Percocet also contains acetaminophen (Tylenol etc) along with the oxycodone in the same pill, which has its own separate deleterious interaction with alcohol on top of its neurological effects, so depending on which formulation he has the risks could be even higher than we know. This is a dark path he's stepping onto.

Mixing all of that at once is going to be lethal. Mix in some sleeping pills, buddy. You really need a good night's rest.
