I've never really followed Ralph, but does he mix xanax with alcohol? and a lot of alcohol? or is he just dozing off from too much xanax?

If he's mixing his hangovers must be fucking god tier

Oh I missed the pillstreams so much, it's like returning home to greet an old friend.
He truly is in top form while doing his damnedest to shut down his organs live on stream, isn't he? With Thanksgiving coming up I can think of no better time to state that I am truly grateful to be alive at the same time as this fat, retarded pig. Blessed be to the Killstream and it's fabulous host.

At this point he's mixing Xanax with everything.
Booze, opiates he got for his hip (or was it for something else?), then whatever he got for his arm (I think Lyrica or something like that), and who knows what other drugs. Every day that Ralph doesn't OD is a win for him, because if you consider what he mixes/consumes, the odds are really not on his side.

That's why people think he's dead every time he passes out live on stream. And sooner or later they're going to be right.

I was wrong. Ralph will not die just like his father, alone in a rundown house. he will die in the company of people that hate and despise him which is probably worse.

Yeah, I don't have huge experience in this area but the small handful of times I mixed benzos with alcohol was enough for me to quickly learn that I would never do it again. He must be taking fucking tons of it and given his physical condition + mixing alcohol + benzos + depressed breathing risks it won't end well.

Lyrica/pregablin amplifies the effect of alcohol and can give a sense of euphoria so I'm curious what kind of dose he is on (like if you have it you can go out and just have 2-3 drinks the whole night and be pretty buzzing, but there are some other things you have to do with it). Most people won't be aware of it but it can be abused and can be just as addictive/dependent as benzos are. It also usually results in mega weight gain.

If Ralph has one thing he could legitimately brag about it has to be a massive tolerance to drugs and alcohol. I imagine it takes more than the average dose to keep him completely fucked up, and more than an average dose is he willing to take. He might be safe from the mega weight gain though. Think he forgets to eat most of the time.

I mean I guess some of the now-deceased famous rockstars with substance abuse problems did pass out on stage, so technically you're right. But a lot more of them took uppers or just alcohol and went nuts. Sitting at home in a gamer chair livestreaming yourself falling unconscious isn't really the rock & roll lifestyle*. But then again, its only through modern technology that we get to see this stuff basically live and have recordings of it instantly spread around.

* There was a certain irony/comedy when I first watched the livestream and he was passed out and "The Glass Prison" by Dream Theater was playing:

"The first track of the album, "The Glass Prison", is the beginning of the Twelve-step Suite, dealing with Mike Portnoy's story of rehabilitation from alcoholism"
Someone in the chat was writing shit like "Mike Portnoy wake him up!"
