He seemed to have a bruise on his head and maybe a scrape on his arm. But he stood up and messed with his mixer for a minute then fucked off. I didn't see evidence of him being on the verge of bleeding out. I think he just wandered to the mattress on the floor or pile of dirty laundry he uses as a bed and just passed out.

I believe a few are genuine but most are gayfabe and donating to encourage his self-destructive behavior by way of positive reinforcement.
