He 100% smacked her across the face (and kicked her and spit on her.) Go watch Monday’s KC stream, it’s all there.
timestamp 7:46 he smacks her. You can clearly hear it and she lets out a little yelp, and you can see he’s bending down over her.

It feels so good to be back. I’ve been rocking MC Jarbo for the last week and riding the Harvest.

 
It doesn’t really matter but I just had this thought. I don’t think Scarlett has been back home to her Madison apartment since she left to go meet Ralph in Chicago for the first time. After he went back to Mexico, she streamed from a new place she mentioned was “a family member” she was visiting. at first her appearances on shows while there were reserved and somewhat calm (for Scarlett) until that Keanu stream where she went nuts and dubbed herself a “Gape Queen”. Idk if we’ve seen her back at her apartment since and I do wonder why Ralph wouldn’t just stay at her place in Madison to save them both $$.

There is a strong Sid Vicious/Nancy Spungen vibe around the pair. I've said this before: In the past, Ralph's partners have been more submissive; they will back off when the Rage Pig has his head down and is pawing at the ground with his trotter. Scarlett only does that after the dust has settled. When Ralph's temper is coming to boil and any impulse control he still possesses has turned into a head of steam, she meets him head on. That combination can only end in tears. I could see Ralph murdering her. Whatever happens, unless there is someone on Scarlett's side who can talk her down, this relationship is going to end on a violent note.
