I'm not sure which college Ralph got his degree from but it's very rare to be able to get that close to a dean and the graduating student for a picture like that.

Even just having a professional photographer taking these pictures would be a slow process, dragging out the graduation. So unless Ralph went to some tiny ass college, and his graduating class was like 30 people, methinks this was his GED graduation.

Side note, who takes pride in having a BA in poli-sci? That is up there with getting a BA in leisure studies.

Which makes Ralph paying for a cap and gown to go through the ceremony and get photos even more pathetic. It's either a photo for a ceremony for a college degree he never got or one for a GED. I guess it's pretty in line with Ralph to go through with the pomp and pageantry for something he didn't even manage to earn. Sort of like getting a bowling trophy made for yourself. You know if he actually had a diploma of any sort he would have been holding it up. He clearly doesn't so he used his social promotion pictures. Not sure if his tassel is white or cream, if white it means he lied about his major.

Is it from his mistaken belief that since DC is a Federal district, if he gets in trouble but presents a Fed form of ID they won’t take the time to figure out his DL number and see his record from back in VA? A quick search brings up the only reasons the VA DMV won't reissue a drivers license if the license is suspended or revoked. Also, in VA being caught without a license allows a judge to pick $1000 fine and or six months in jail.

Anyone else this would be courting ruin. In Gunt's case, it's just an excuse to smoke illegal cigars on the Internet and act like a North Korean knock off of Tony Montana.
