That's the thing. The average ayylawg is nearly as retarded as Ralph. They could never call in a report like @NicoFountaine suggests. A life of discord and cooming, and hrt in some cases, has annihilated their higher brain function. I think people called, I just don't think the cops were ever given enough credible info to act. If someone called and said they saw someone very drunk driving in a red nissan pickup with plate number UBF6847 leaving X steakhouse driving south towards richmond and it looks like he might have had a carseat in the car. Police would absolutely 100000% track him down, and even meet him at home if that was the case (by looking up plate number). The fact that ralph hasn't been arrested, and mostly because he didn't cry about it on twitter says this has never happened.

I don't know what the motivations of the retards who call the police on him are, but whatever they are they don't produce any content and don't get him in trouble so I don't know. I was plainly saying, since ralph hasn't cried about it, it hasn't happened. He's lucky it hasn't happened, because he very realistically drives drunk and high, and with his newborn in the car. Without a license to boot. That's why we were discussing.

Now, I am very much not familiar with the amerimutt education system, so any of our 56%er trve hyperborean kiwichads can correct me, but do you not have specialized high schools? the kind that will teach you either technical of humanities subjects alongside the usual ones so your HS diploma isn't *entirely* worthless?

Could it be that this motherfucker looks 30 in his HS graduation because his "poli sci" degree is more or less a HS+humanities plan as opposed to actual higher education?

it seems like they just want to inconvenience him by making him deal with the police everytime hes out. the dc encounter for example was saying obviously not true things about ralph being a fucking gunmen and theyve done that kind of outlandish lie with mantsu before too saying he kidnapped her to traffick her or some shit. i think they are getting what they want but i do think its gay. its gets a chuckle from me for a second but its just degrading everyones lives and stalling content and reducing the chance ralph will kill himself with his shenanigans when the gov is always right there at him.

Little bit of a PL, but back during my high school years you could go downtown to what was essentially a "satellite school" where you could take all sorts of elective classes the standard high school didn't teach. Extra foreign languages like Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and German. College level AP classes, even robotics, auto body, and aircraft maintenance. All to prep you for either college or a career right after high school. As far as high school itself, I think the furthest most schools go with technical classes is "shop" class, which teaches basic woodworking skills for the most part.

I don't know about Virginia or DC but in Texas and California I've seen "Report Drunk drivers" signs everywhere. They would have to sell it better calling to local dispatch directly "I would like yo report a drunk driver, I am in such and such freeway and this 5'1'' rage pig in a ___ car with ____ plates just drove by such and such intersection, clearly intoxicated.

I straight up have no idea how Ralph hasn't been hit with reckless driving in VA because the law is pretty much whatever the cop deems.

I got a reckless driving charge once for doing 81 mph in a 70 mph zone. The cops in the state don't even need a radar gun or anything.

I did fight it. It was a pain in the ass. I had to travel back to that shithole state and town multiple times because of it.

Never had a moving violation before or since.

I get that it isn't enforced in Richmond, but Ralph drives all over the place. And driving on the shoulder and break checking semis, is still enforced as reckless driving even in Norva.
