Ralph is going to send a letter to the guy's employer saying he's been "harassing a young mother", and the Cozy chat also suggested making up false allegations of animal abuse.

Ralph has been watching ancient gamergate-era videos made by Jade, the wife of Mister Metokur. His excuses for why he's justified in attacking her are that [1] she still helps Metokur with his streams (no source on this btw) and [2] she was involved in gamergate, so she's a "public figure".
