I doubt this. For real, imagine thinking that Mexico, a nation with barely any infrastructure, a nation full of violence and a failed government, would be an acceptable place to raise a child. Ralph is one Cartel checkpoint away from having his truck taken and his head kicked in.

He's categorically and objectively a terrible father; it doesn't matter what he tried to defend it as - he gives zero fucks about his daughter's safety, and neither does Pantsu. That child needs to be taken by CPS when they are next in the US. That child has nothing but a life of misery, depression, and a broken family in her futue - and all memery and trolling aside, that's pretty shitty.

Yes, as with more forms of Herpes it can remain dormant and some people are vectors for carrying it without showing symptoms. It can be spread asymptomatically, or the immune system can suppress it.
