This is why Ethanol Ralph is the undisputed King of the Sektur. I can't think of anyone else who would get handed an easy win and would manage to turn it into potential 3 court cases. He didn't even need a whole Pillstreak episode to accomplish that since he cut it off short because he had a dissociative episode/didn't pay for power again/was too fucked up to continue/was kidnapped by the cartel/got aylawged by Rozy.

Part of extradition treaties involve the transfer of prisoners. So for example, if a US citizen is successfully prosecuted in Mexico, that prisoner can request to do their time in either the US or Mexico. The same is also true in reverse.

Both authorities in either country have the right to deny this transfer for a variety of reasons, but that requires a hearing.

This is pretty much standard throughout the first world with the notable exception of Australia, which for some reasons allows their people to just rot in foreign jails, usually for drug trafficking. And this has been a practice for decades. It's not a new thing.

I doubt anything will come as a result of this. Authorities usually have better things to do than track down a hollering gunt who made impotent threats on his livestream of 8 viewers. If anyone actually follows his advice and sends pornographic material to children, and then the parents of those children find out about it and report it, then yes, the senders may face repercussions. But I doubt anyone will seriously come after Ralph for this.

Ralph reeks of alcohol, tobacco, weed, shart particles, and sweaty gunt folds.

That last one is particularly offensive, if you've ever hung out with someone really fat you know there is a disgusting stench they always have on them.

If they have any self awareness they will bathe frequently and use a lot of deodorant and some perfume, but they are often too lazy to do it, cause they are fat.

Ralph is offensive to the baby on every sense, Rozy can tolerate him if he just got out of the shower, but otherwise she's going to try to get away as fast as she can.

Does he always refer to his baby, his darling daughter, his own flesh and blood as "the child"?
It's such a weird and impersonal way to talk about your daughter.

I've heard him use the word, "Rozy," but mainly it seems to be "the baby" or "the child."

It is a deeply weird way to refer to your child (unless jokingly, which it isn't for him). It associates, in my mind/experience, with a controlling personality, a strong ambivalence toward the actual child, and extremely low parental interest and capabity. Nevermind his irritability, impatience, and dismissal of her needs or concern for her wellbeing, on any level.

Most likely (assuming he doesn't die soon or other truly terrible things happen):

1. he'll continue to use his packhorse to do all things Rozy, including hauling her and any gear they manage to remember to leave the house with (and as Meigh is clearly uninterested-to-resentful of "the child" as well, she's not going to be good gor much else than that);
2. he'll forever cheap out on buying necessary and/or easily affordable things for Rozy while continuing to spend money on things he values, necessary/affordable or not
3. any holding or tending to her while she is a baby or toddler will be purely performative or under duress
4. in her childhood and youth, he will be neglectful of her care (physical, emotional, intellectual, etc.), miserly, and intimidating
5. any dad-daughter time ever will occur almost exclusively when the activity is something he personally enjoys, or, again, performatively
6. he will be relieved when she is old enough to function without being looked after, though he will always step in, angry and hollerin', when she inevitably struggles or rebels and gets into some minor and typical teen scrapes. His teen parenting style will be to swagger and put the hammer down, at least until he is too drunk/high to remember. She'll either become terrified of conflict or will seek it out.
7. at some point, she will have to do the hard work of creating for herself what having a good father would have helped to instill in her, mainly a strong sense of self, self-respect, and self-worth.

Ladies, don't fuck bloviating pigs. Especially if you are a horse with no name shame.

Eta: his weird paranoia about Rozy doing things on purpose to annoy or mess with him is beyond. Beyond even all of the ^. That's into danger, Will Robinson territory. I rarely get into internet-induced fantastical projection of dire things (n.b. my list above is actually factually very likely, if maybe on the optimistic side), but anyone thinking for one second that a literal baby is faking distress to try to own her father - especially someone abusing addictive drugs that often cause deep walking blackouts, at 5x the max rx rate, and also prone to violence - is fucking dangerous.

Everything in this clip is unreal. Explanation that it's actually not a bottle it's a " bowl that had tuna fish in it last night" like it makes it any fucking better. Imagine the smell in that room. Shocked he didn't eat it straight from the can to be honest. And it's ok if baby cries because she needs a diaper changed but too fucking bad Ralph won't change her and NEVER changed a diaper in his life. I hope he ends up in adult diapers with nobody to change him for as long as he lives.

So I may be power leveling here but whatever, I'm just saying why I have any authority to talk on this, but I also have a daughter, a few months younger than Cozy, I have held back because I only saw a couple interactions between Roxy and Ralph.

But after everything I've seen, it's pretty much like everyone has said, he has near zero POSITIVE interactions with his daughter. A baby doesn't need constant interaction with someone to attribute good feelings towards them, my kids grandparents see her once or twice a week, and even less than that her god parents maybe once every 2 weeks to a month. She still smiles when she sees them. Even mid cry seeing a familiar friendly face will make a baby happy, I mean except for a total meltdown, but Cozy was not in one.

With all that being said a baby typically is excited to see dad if they haven't in a few hours. Cozy cries harder just on sight. Meaning she either is frightened if him or dislikes him. Her immediately reaching for mom is telling, her melting down is even more so, her smiling when back in mom's arms is not manipulative, it's pure relief to be away from the man who probably shouts at her to "SHUT YER FUCKIN MOUTH AND STOP WHINING"

That part is clear because of his open criticism of pantsu consoling the baby instead of abandoning her in a crib alone in a room to cry for hours to teach a lesson to a baby that is at an age where they can't be taught such lessons.

This is one of the few cases where Cozy would be better in a single mother situation.
