Nigga can't even blink both eyes at the same time. I'm almost certain now it's nerve damage. Could be from the original injury or surgery, and waiting is about all that can be done about it.

Doesn't even have to be nerve damage.
There are a whole bunch of tendons that control eye and lid movement, any of those could have been damaged in the initial face blasting or the surgery after.
Also just having the eye socket volume change can cause some dysfunction in the tendons, which is why followup consultation with a doctor is so important on even moderate orbital fracture surgery.

Ralph explained on his Texas drive they gruesome way they had to carve out his muscle tissue to fix the fracture. He would need to pay big money for serious reconstruction surgery to fix it, so he will go to his grave a wall-eyed freak.

The Portuguese doctors could have recommended the bare minimum surgery because he is a fat fucking foreigner in their socialized health system who probably had the least expensive travel coverage required.

Who is wanting the Memphis .10 Ragehog in jail? I watched the Sunrise Media supper clip of the Gunt's sperging out over people wanting his fat ass in jail and for the life of me I can't name anyone who want this. The only thing that makes sense is a combo drugs, alcohol, and self loathing that wants his lard ass in jail.

Please note I'm not a professional psychologist or professional anything aside from fuck up.

Ralph is Mr. "Thousands in tha Bank!!". He felt his 4 figure bank account was worth braging about to Warski while blackout drunk in Florida.

His frame of reference for being rich is akin to that of a broke college student, Not one of a man in his mid 30's with two children.

Money burns a hole in his pocket. To make matters worse, he judges his friendships by how much money his friend can make for him. This is why he has no friends.

I think Ralph SHOULD continue to drink and take pills. There's just no way he can afford the health issues he'll face later in life if he sobers up now. However his near-term death will also be expensive. He's going to want access to painkillers and a Filipino nurse to roll him over to avoid bed sores. If he can't afford that, then he'll be in excruciating agony as his body and organs fail slowly, one by one. Seconds of pain will feel like eternity. He'll be scrambling to sell that shit crusted cowboy hat on Craigslist for enough cash to buy him 15 minutes of pain relief.

Bottoms up Ralph! Please donate your body to science. What the fuck is that bifurcation and 4 tiddies?!?

I would be so entertained to see Ralphā€™s actual bank statements/credit card debt. He talks such big smack about his money, and always buys all this crazy wasteful shit. There is just no conceivable way he makes hardly anything at this point - he must absolutely be felted and in the hole with credit cards. Didnā€™t Gator say he put a whole bunch of shit on his cards for Vegas?

With the drugs, $300 cowboy hats, booze, gambling, disastrous live events, loss of subscribers/audience/superchats, loss of business connections, lawsuits, baby bills, child support, and gas money to ferry his fat ass to DC and Texas every other day, Ralphā€™s expenses must be sky fucking high. He is so fucked.
