Wouldn't be surprised if he was getting carts full of vitamin e, a commonly used product for cutting weed vapes since it has the same color and consistency. Many people in US got bad lung conditions from using these vapes and caused a short vape scare at the time it was happening.

Pretty sure Ralph claimed it already was in a video where he was taunting Harry during the Rome trip. He'd of course lie to get in a dig, but neither of them strike me as someone who's diligent with birth control. I'd say it's only a matter of time and he'll 100% try to fuck any woman who walks in that house.
