Edit: upon further reflection, being a Ralph paypig they are likely a renter, so this may not mean anything regarding the cow post

You misspelled "meatwagon" as "arrest". Not trying to shit on you, it's just that the cops have already demonstrated they don't give a fuck about the situation down there. The Secure Server leaks were a miss for anyone like I mentioned in my previous post, but the name Holly Welke comes up in the PDF document posted by @Pit Viper Salesman in this post for Chris Welke/Cow Poly. Holly Welke is also 74 years old in that document. It's been speculated here and some other posts that Cow Poly is Esoteric Shaggyism/EsoShaggy, Ralph's biggest ball washer that puts Gator to shame.

I don't know what assets Ralph could possibly hide because he barely owns part of a swamp, but this could be a current dox of Esoteric Shaggyism.
