Someone said that Ralph has admitted to defaulting on the subprime Nissan loan. Did he say it on stream? I’m not surprised he’s done so or that he’d boast about it, but I’m interested in seeing how he tries to present further decimation of his credit as some baller move. From ā€œCappuccino in ROME, bish!ā€ to admitting he can’t afford the payments on his subprime shitbox took, what, a week or so?

Not only did he default, but there's a lien out on it from Wells Fargo. He admitted it on the Kill Report a bit ago; IIRC it was the one he did after he got back from Belize and almost had it impounded.

I really hope one of the clip masters captured this for posterity. Someday it will help show Xander and Rozy what kind of moron their sperm donor was and that his fucked up life was 100% his fault.

Lmao "I'll just hire a lawyer on the day, that'll give them all the time they need to look over the reams of autistic online garbage that led to this mess, and then they will get me off..."

What kind of punishment is Ralph looking at exactly, he doesn't seem worried like he was during the revenge porn trial.
Vickers himself has said that even if Ralph's found guilty it probably won't amount to more than a fine and legal fees, and he is right.

This saga has always been about the journey, not the destination, which has already been foretold by Null.

Exactly. I mean, there’s a CHANCE that Gunt could end up with a few days or even weeks in County Jail if he spergs out in the courtroom and catches a few Contempt of Court charges, but the Judge handing Vickers a W and ordering Gunt to pay Vickers’ legal fees is a nightmare scenario for Gunt as well.

Remember all the games Gunt has played to avoid having to reveal his financial situation to the Court? When the Judge rules in Vickers’ favor, and orders Gunt to pay Vickers’ legal fees, Gunt is going to have no choice but to pay cash on the barrelhead or open up his books to the Court so they can set up a payment plan. They’re not going to just take Gunt’s word for it that he’s indigent and unable to pay. Refusing to cooperate once he’s been found guilty and ordered to pay IS a situation where he could end up in jail for at least a few weeks/months. Of course, if he DOES open up the books, he’s legally fucked as well, due to years of not filing taxes and playing fuck-fuck games with his financials. The Court is going to share that info with other relevant agencies. Remember that if the Court uncovers any evidence of wrongdoing, they’re required by law to notify the appropriate agencies.

This is a no-W scenario for Gunt, and he knows it. That’s why he’s gobbling pills, to suppress his crippling fear/anxiety as he comes to realize just how fucked he is.

He will simply plead no contest and never have to face a single consequence for his actions. Judges HATE this one simple trick!

I was listening to that stream, and I remember him mention not keeping up with insurance and registration in Virginia, but nothing about the loan.

Not speaking authoritatively on the subject, I might off missed something, but him admitting to that would of really caught my attention.
